CANCELLATION POLICY

At The Wax Ritual, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect both my time and the time of other clients, I kindly ask for at least 6 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 6 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. • Clients are granted a 7-minute grace period. Arrivals beyond 7 minutes late may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled and may still be subject to cancellation fees. Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early for your first appointment to allow time for parking, building access, and locating the studio. Due to the private suite setting, I kindly ask that you text me upon arrival and I will let you know when to come in 🖤 I understand that emergencies happen, and exceptions may be made at my discretion.
